Harrison Bubrosky has 30 years of experience in the financial services sector beginning at Bear Stearns & Company in 1985. From 2000 to 2009, he held senior roles at Jefferies & Company, Inc. (“JEF”). From 2006-2009, Harrison was Executive Vice-President, Office of the Vice Chairman in the Global Investment Banking Group. Prior to that, he was an EVP in the High Yield Bond Department working closely with JEF’s Chairman and CEO.
Bubrosky currently advises the Chairman & CEO of Calibre Group, LLC, a Pittsburgh based Merchant Banking Boutique that provides Proprietary Investment Capital and Restructuring and Financial Advisory Services to the Automotive, Steel & Aluminum Sectors.
From December 2015 to January 2019, he served as Chairman & CEO of New Teraco, Inc. (“Teraco”), a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Gift, Loyalty, and Hotel Access Cards.
Since 2009, Bubrosky has been providing Financial Advisory services to Creditors Groups and Corporate Boards. He currently is a Member of the Teraco Board of Directors. He previously served on the Boards of Trident Energy Group; Bennu Holdings; Stone Mountain Resources; SHD Oil & Gas; Innovairre International; Dabney-Resnick; and Scotia McLeod, USA Inc.
Mr. Bubrosky received a B.A. in political science from Hofstra University’s New College Program, graduating with Honors. He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honors Society.
